Shows exceptional cleaning power against dirt, grease and grime. NBC is a heavy-duty biodegradable oil dispersant and solubilizer. It is especially useful in cleaning up heavy oil and oil waste products from dock areas, harbors, decks, ships, bilges and sumps. NBC is used by marinas, dry-docks, coastal refineries, offshore oil rigs, shipping and industrial field as well as other fields requiring an environmentally friendly oil dispersant. pH 11.5-12.0 Use dilution: 2-10 oz/gal.
