A clear penetrating sealer for concrete and cement surfaces. Made from 100% acrylic resins. Protects against mildew, staining, acids, and other various chemicals. Just one coat provides a long lasting appearance which is easy to maintain. Use on concrete, brick, pavers, chattahoochee and un-glazed quarry tile. Shows outstanding durability, exceptional clarity, stain resistance, non-yellowing properties, chemical and abrasion resistance. No other product on the market has this level of resins and polymers. Goes on easy and provides a "wet-look" shine to last OVER ONE YEAR!!! Coverage is 250 sq.ft/gallon depending on porosity/texture of substrate. Extremely porous surfaces may require a second coat for maximum performance.
